Training, facilitation and coaching


Great projects with outstanding technical, legal, institutional, economical or social solutions, will not succeed if human resources carrying out the project are not adequate. We propose short or long-term training, facilitation or coaching to create a sustainable and constructive working atmosphere!

Examples are:

• lectures on development economics and agricultural supply chains in Switzerland and Armenia
• on-the-job training on marketing in Tajikistan
• coaching of a communication team from the Tajik Government to formulate a communication strategy for a cotton project
